Parking Procedure for Contractors

We have limited parking space at the rear for the blocks in the event of a flat owner needing a washing machine repair, maintenance or a refurbishment project. In the first instance please make our Estate Manager aware by calling: 07791028232, as per the contractors guidelines set out for Three Courts available from Faraday.

  1. Parking at owner’s risk.
  2. There are several garages which are in use and none should be blocked.
  3. Hounslow Council access this area with large waste trucks.
  4. Contractors for the Estate also use this area.

Having been made aware of a contractor needing to park it is ESSENTIAL that they then provide:-

  1. contact telephone number 
  2. block name and flat number of works

to Aarron AND these are also left clearly visible in the windscreen so that no vehicle can cause a nuisance to other road users. 

Other than for the above reasons may we remind you that no cars should be left in the access road unless they are garage tenants or owners, with reference to your Lease.
